Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it. Just email us at thebijouxfab@gmail.com with your order number and the SKU of items in questions. 

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship across the U.S. and Canada, fast.

Q: How fast do orders ship?
A: We ship daily on weekdays. Most orders go out within 24–48 hours, even during busy seasons.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: All orders are shipped through USPS.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Don’t wear your pieces in water. Use a soft polishing cloth to keep your silver shining.

Q: What are your pearls made of?
A: Yes, they are 0.925 sterling silver pearls, machine-made. We are not Native-made and do not claim Indigenous craftsmanship.

Q: Can I call your sterling silver pearls “Navajo Pearls”?
A: No. The term “Navajo Pearls” is protected by the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA), which makes it illegal to use Native terms unless the product is made by a federally recognized Native artisan or tribe. Since our jewelry is not Native-made, it cannot be called “Navajo.”

Q: Is the jewelry handmade?
A: Most of our pieces are handmade and hand-strung in North Texas by our team of hardworking women. We also carry some pieces that are pre-made. When that’s the case, the description will clearly say who made it and where it was made.

Q: How are necklace lengths measured?
A: We measure from the lobster clasp to the end of the main necklace—not including the extender. For example, a 14-inch necklace means 14 inches from clasp to end, plus a 2-inch extender to give you extra length if needed.

Q: Will I get exactly what’s pictured?
A: You’ll receive something very similar. Most designs are made in batches, but if it’s one of a kind, we’ll say so in the product description. Since we work with turquoise and shell, you may notice slight color variations, but overall, it will match the style you see.

Q: Are the stones real?
A: Yes. We mostly work with turquoise, but we also use variscite and magnesite in small quantities. Product descriptions will tell you exactly what stones are used.

Q: Do you wholesale?

Q: What if something I love is sold out?
A: Most items will be restocked! Use the “Notify Me When Available” option on the product page to get an email as soon as it’s back.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Not at the moment. But we’re always working on new styles—stay tuned!

A: Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card right on our site. It’s the perfect last-minute gift.

Q: How does the packaging come?
A: Every order is wrapped in eco-friendly paper to reduce plastic waste. You’ll receive a business card, packaging slip, free stickers, and secure packaging. We use bubble mailers for most items, and boxes for anything fragile. We shipped over 6,000 packages last year—and they all arrived safe!
