We do our best to process all orders within 24–48 business hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. All packages are shipped with tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping timeframes at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues.


Route Package Protection

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind. Route provides shipping insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you select Route at checkout and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with Route to get a refund or replacement.

If you choose not to purchase Route, please note that your order will not be insured.
