Exchange & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each piece is handcrafted with care, and we take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. We use real stones, so some pieces may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern from the product photos. If variations apply, this will be clearly stated in the listing. These natural differences are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.
  • Discounted items, custom orders, and any items purchased with a promo code are also final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Items purchased with promotional or manual discount codes
  • Custom or special orders


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing thebijouxfab@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. If the item is eligible for repair or replacement, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

The Bijoux FAB is not liable for packages lost or stolen after shipping. All shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance or Route Package Protection during checkout for high-value orders.

If “USPS First Class (Not Insured)” is selected, your package is not insured and The Bijoux FAB is not responsible for any loss or theft once the package has been shipped.


Incorrect Orders

We carefully check each order before it is shipped. However, if you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours at thebijouxfab@gmail.com. We will promptly review and resolve the issue.
